The kit charge is just $9.99, plus outbound shipping at checkout. Return shipping is covered by Lenslott — a prepaid return label is included in the box. When all frames are returned within 7 days, the full $9.99 is refunded to your original card.

You have 7 full days from the date of delivery. Plenty of time to try frames at home, compare sizes and styles, and decide together — no rush.

• Ages 4–6 (41–45mm)
• Ages 7–9 (46–48mm)
• Ages 10+ & Teens (49–58mm)

If you're unsure, we recommend mixing 2–3 different sizes.

No. All try-on frames are non-prescription — they're for evaluating fit, comfort, and style only. Once you've picked your favorite, place your prescription order separately.

Yes — if any of your selected frames are compatible with our magnetic clip-on sunglasses, we'll include the clip-ons in your kit so you can test how they feel and function.

Yes. Our support team can help you compare the frame measurements and product details listed on the site. For medical advice, prescription changes, or clinical fit decisions, consult your child’s eye-care professional.

Once all try-on frames are returned within the 7-day window, the $9.99 kit charge is automatically refunded to your original payment method (typically appears on your statement within 3–5 business days). One refund per try-on kit.

Please drop the kit in the mail using the prepaid return label within the 7-day try-on period. If the kit is returned late, the $9.99 refund may no longer be issued.

If the kit isn't returned, or frames are missing, an $80 replacement fee may apply to cover frame costs. We'll always email you first before any additional charge is processed.

Normal handling and light wear are expected and totally fine. Frames returned with significant damage beyond normal try-on use may be subject to replacement charges.

Yes — you can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the kit has shipped, the try-on charge and outbound shipping fee will apply.
