Shipping Policy

Processing time

Standard orders are normally prepared in 2–4 business days. Custom or specialty orders, out-of-stock items, and high-prescription orders normally require 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates

After processing, standard shipping is normally estimated at 6–10 business days and expedited shipping at 4–6 business days. Available methods, charges, destination eligibility, and the estimate for your order are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, address issues, or events outside our control.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used for the order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and monitoring carrier updates. Contact us promptly if tracking shows an exception or delivery but the package cannot be located.

International orders

If international delivery is offered at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs requirements, or carrier fees not collected at checkout, unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
