Payment Policy

Effective date: September 2, 2026

The payment methods currently available for a particular order are displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by device, location, currency, order value, and the payment services enabled at that time. We do not promise a payment method that is not shown at checkout.

Before you submit an order, checkout shows the applicable item prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, currency, and order total. Payment may be authorized when the order is placed and captured or settled through Shopify and the selected payment provider. A bank or payment provider may decline, delay, or place a temporary authorization hold on a transaction.

Lenslott does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Payment credentials are processed by Shopify and applicable payment providers under their security and privacy practices. We may review, hold, cancel, or refund an order where information cannot be verified or fraud is suspected.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. Provider processing times may apply.
