Two-Year Limited Warranty

Effective date: September 2, 2026

Lenslott provides a two-year limited warranty from the delivery date for manufacturing defects in eligible eyewear products. Coverage is limited to a defect in materials or workmanship present under normal intended use.

The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, scratches, accidental damage, loss, theft, improper use or storage, unauthorized repair or alteration, damage caused by chemicals or extreme conditions, prescription changes, or a fit or style preference.

To request review, email hello@lenslott.com with the order number, a description, and clear photographs. We may request additional information or return of the item. If a claim is approved, the available remedy may be repair, replacement of the affected component or item, or another remedy required by applicable law.

This limited warranty is in addition to consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
