These Terms govern your use of lenslott.com and purchases from Lenslott. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

Online store

Lenslott is an online-only retailer and does not operate a walk-in retail store. You must provide current, complete, and accurate order, prescription, contact, billing, and shipping information. A parent or legal guardian must submit and approve information provided for a minor.

Product and prescription information

Product colors and appearance can vary by screen and production batch. Measurements, materials, included items, available lens options, and compatibility are those stated on the applicable product page and selected variant. Site content is general product information and is not medical advice. Customers are responsible for obtaining a valid prescription and appropriate advice from a qualified eye-care professional.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices, taxes, shipping charges, currency, and payment methods available for an order are shown at checkout before submission. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may contact you to clarify prescription or order details, decline or cancel an order for a pricing or availability error, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or inability to fulfill, and issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Our current rules are stated in the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. The two-year limited manufacturing-defect warranty is described on our Warranty Policy page and applicable product pages. These policies form part of these Terms.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content in violation of intellectual-property rights. Lenslott and its licensors retain rights in site content, branding, designs, and software except where law provides otherwise.

Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, and support services. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy practices apply.

Disclaimers and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis, and Lenslott is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and governing rules

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence.
